The Quad Lock adapter allows you to mount a phone or small device to Handlebars, H-Rail, H-Bar tubing. Designed for biking, but great for Hobie rail attachment too! Quick 45 degree twist to attach and lock. Release spring lever and turn 45 degrees to release the device from the mount. Attaches to rails with rubber rings or zip ties that are included in the kit. 3M adhesive adapter attaches tsecurly to your device (water proof case recommended of course).
