Customer satisfaction is top priority for us at Paths Peaks & Paddles, Inc. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt of the product for a full refund, less shipping and handling.

Terms and Conditions for Returns
Refunds will be credited when all items are received by Paths Peaks & Paddles, Inc. The items being returned must not be damaged or soiled in any way, tags/and or header cards must be included and not torn. Refund is amount less shipping and handling charges.
Items are carefully inspected for damaged before being shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately after receiving your purchase for directions on returning the item(s) for an exchange or full refund. All claims MUST be made within 24hrs of receipts of order. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
It is important to us to get your purchase shipped to you as quickly as possible. Most items are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. We use FedEx Ground as our standard shipping method. Two day or overnight shipping is also available. For International orders, special shipping fees are required that may not be included during checkout. If there are any additional shipping fees required for your order, you will be notified prior to shipping.
If any item(s) are out of stock or back-ordered we will notify you prior to shipping the other portion of your order. We can choose to ship what is in stock or wait until the back-ordered items arrive in our facility.

Money Order or a personal check is also accepted, however this will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
