Wilderness & Remote First Aid

This course used to be strictly for the outdoors person. But due to the weather and the storms that Western New York has been experiencing I would highly recommend this course for everyone to learn what to do when help is delayed due to storms, your location or the inability of emergency help to reach you in a timely manner. This course is also recommended for families who are enjoying the outdoor and venturing to the wilderness. This will help you feel more secure in your homes and when you travel. This is a 20 hour American Red Cross Course and has a three year certification. This course is taught over 4 consecutive weeks from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A 5th session is required on Saturday 4/14/18 from 9am-1pm, and includes a 3hr hands-on Practical, and a 1 hour written test.
Weekly – Tue 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM; 4 sessions starting 3/13/2018, ending 4/10/2018. Class Skip Date : (No class on 4/3/2018)

A required 5th class for testing to be held at Path, Peaks and Paddles on Saturday 4/14 from 9am-1pm. Test includes a 3 hour hands-on practical and a 1 hour written test requires by the American Red Cross.
