A very nice winter boot. I just bought a pair several weeks ago. This boot fits into the msr denali ascent snowshoe bindings - actually, I believe they fit most msr snowshoes. It is completely waterproof and very warm. The inserts are great - pick up a second pair of inserts so that you can change them when reaching camp while snowshoing - stuff 1 pair in your sleeping bag at night so it dries. This way you always have a nice dry pair to wear. I can literally stand around all day and my feet stay warm. I love these for winter camping, they warm up in minutes after putting them on in the morning. Snow and ice do not seem to stick or clump up on them either. Wiggy's has a nice warrantee on these also. Although I prefer hiking boots, I use these for backpacking trips in the winter (when its cold, but there's not enough snow for snowshoes) since hiking boots just aren't warm enough when sitting around in camp - these are! I haven't had mine long enough to tell how they will last, but they are definitely made of quality materials and should last for many seasons. They are very comfortable for snowshoing.
